  • Your property will be listed on the RE Colorado Matrix multiple listing service (or MLS)– making it easily available to over the over 150 local Realtor’s plus all of their clients. PLUS it will be now be listed in the Denver/Boulder– putting your property in front of thousands of agents on the Front Range.
  • I will offer more of the commission to the buyer’s agent to offer a good incentive to all the other agents we work with.
  • My commission is always negotiable.
  • I will pay to have your property professionally photographed.  With high quality photos, your property will generate more showings and increase your chances of selling.
  • A color brochure featured in our busy downtown office at 138 North F Street.
  • Color advertisements in local publications such as the Mountain Mail or The Ark Magazine.A color ad in the Chaffee County Real Estate Guide Magazine advertisement – widely distributed and easily available to visitors in local hotels, shopping downtown etc.
  • Your property will be listed on mysalida.com, salidalandandhomes.com, the Chaffee County Real Estate guide website, Realtor.com, USAHomesearch, googlebase, Zillow, Trulia, and over 100 other real estate web sites for maximum exposure.
  • Your property will be posted on our Face-Book page for Colorado Mountain Realty and my personal website.
  • Included in local Realtor tour:  20-40 of the most productive agents in the area will get a personal tour of the property and know exactly what your home has to offer their clients.
  • We’re a full-time brokerage, available 7 days a week. All calls for information and showings come directly to a licensed agent, which is important – as many agencies’ calls go to a receptionist (or worse, a voice mail system on weekends / holidays).
  • All showings are tracked, including feedback from other Realtor’s and their buyer’s. We will prepare periodic reports for you showing interest from various websites, number of showings and feedback from showings.
